Limited Edition: Toio

To celebrate 100. anniversary of Achille Castiglioni birth, Flos recalls this revolutionary object and produces a Limited Edition in a numbered series of 2,500 pieces

Toio floor lamp, designed in 1962, is one of most loved and best-known objects from brothers Castiglioni. Consisting of the playful pairing of a car headlight and a telescopic stem inspired by a fishing rod, the lamp owes its name to the ironic distortion of the English word toy, and takes on the magic of such an object for the adult world.

The special edition is characterised by the special matt black embossed finish. Each piece of the Limited Edition is guaranteed by a holographic label that certifies the serial number and therefore its absolute unique nature.
